Moving to a new device (only when the key type supports transfer)
Installer or download access not working
Office prompting for the product key again after it was previously activated

Replacement under coverageA replacement key may be provided at no additional cost when:
The key fails after a verified reinstall/reset scenario
A download link is unavailable, expired, or blocked
The wrong edition/version was delivered
Our goal is to make sure you can complete setup and continue using your purchase as intended.
What’s not coveredCoverage does not include:
Activation on multiple devices when the purchase is intended for one device at a time
Compatibility issues on unsupported operating systems or environments
Hardware failure or operating system corruption unrelated to the product
Non-transferable keys (such as OEM-type keys) being reused on different hardware
