What’s Included in Your Order Email
Shortly after checkout (usually within minutes), you’ll receive an email containing:
Your product key
A secure download link (when applicable)
Clear installation and activation steps
A PDF invoice with your order details
If you created an account during checkout, you may also be able to view your order details from your account area on the website.
General Installation Process
Step 1: Download Your Software
Click the download link provided in your email (or access it through your account area if available). Choose the version that matches your device, such as Windows or Mac.
Step 2: Install the Program
On Windows, run the installer and approve any system prompts that appear.
On Mac, open the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.
Activation Steps (by Product Type)
For Microsoft Office:
Open any Office app (Word, Excel, etc.). Go to File > Account > Change Product Key, then enter the product key you received.
For Windows:
Go to Settings > System > Activation > Change product key, paste your key, and click Next.
For Adobe, Autodesk, or Antivirus products:
Follow the activation instructions included in your delivery email. In some cases, activation may require signing in to an account associated with that software.
