Download the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable
Go to Microsoft’s official page and download both installers:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist
Download the x64 and x86 versions.
Install both packages
Run each installer one at a time and follow the on-screen steps to complete installation.
Restart your PC
Reboot your computer after installation so the changes apply correctly.
Open Office again

If it still happens
Run System File Checker (SFC)
